I previously had a 20+ year career in Information Technology Management that has allowed me to apply many of these technologies and principles into my Real Estate business. Now with over 17 years experience in residential, horse facilities, land and rural properties, I have dealt with many obstacles in the world of lending, easements, well, water and septic issues.
