Chad White CRS GRI , Paradigm Real Estate
Chad has been in the real estate business since 1988, and has specialized in leading edge marketing techniques for the company. Chad is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a major in marketing. When he first entered the business, he used his computer expertise to create new ways to market homes. His experience with computers and their benefit for real estate is unmatched. He has implemented many of the company's marketing technologies and is the creator of the company's New Home Project Cooperating Brokerages Network System, which is the only one of its kind in Colorado. Chad has held seminars for Realtors on using computer technology in the real estate industry. He also has been a consultant for some of the Front Ranges largest real estate companies.
Chad's achievements go well beyond the scope of real estate, and actually started during his early days of school. In high school, his dedication earned him the honor of being selected as one of the top musician in the United States and the prestigious honor of McDonald's All American. During his college years, Chad founded his fraternity, Sigma Phi Epsilon, and in two years from its founding, the chapter became the university's leading fraternity on campus.
