I am Natalie Olmsted of the TEAL Pro Team Powered by EXIT Realty Mountain View. I am a real estate professional and who specializes in guiding future first time homeowners through the process of becoming homeowners and advising and being a resource for last time home sellers and their families. I proudly serve El Paso County, Colorado, to include, Colorado Springs, Monument, Peyton, Elbert, Falcon, Yoder, Widefield, Security, Fountain, and Manitou Springs.
As a professional in the business, I continue to educate myself with the latest changes to the contracts, rules, and regulations. I take every opportunity to increase my knowledge of this profession to better serve my clients. My niche in my business is working with clients who need assistance with selling properties through a conservatorship, trust, or probate. I am a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) experienced and knowledgeable to guide my clients through dealing with the legal hassles of wills and estates and to ease the process and alleviate some of the stresses of this challenging time.
Having lived in Colorado Springs most of my life, I have grown up watching our community grow and thrive. It is here that I met my husband and where we decided to raise our three children. My family spends many hours a week either training in taekwondo or out enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather playing disc golf. Prior to real estate I was an event coordinator for a nonprofit organization in the space industry, focusing on facilitating events and classes to teach teachers how to incorporate and teach space education in their classroom curriculum.
