My professional path as a Licensed Colorado Realtor was greatly influenced by two factors - the example of my father who owned a real estate company and the magnificent beauty of Colorado. Throughout his career, my father loved what he did, met many people, and thrived in a positive working environment. I knew I wanted that in my professional life. Growing up in the majestic mountains of Southwest Colorado provided me a perfect venue for horseback riding, hiking, skiing, fishing, camping, and all aspects of a healthy Colorado lifestyle. In 1994, I became a licensed realtor and worked for my brother selling beautiful Colorado through large acreage. In 1995, a move to Colorado Springs found me working as a mortgage lender for a year before returning to real estate. I spent over twelve years working for two different national builders selling over 500 New-Build Homes and acquiring a wealth of knowledge in New Home Sales. I became an Independent Broker REALTOR in 2007 and am now the Employing Managing Broker for Red, White, and Blue Realty Group. Our goal is to lend an ?honest helping hand? in fulfilling your real estate needs whether you are selling your home, purchasing your first home, your dream home, or, as an investor, your first fix-n-flip. I love that my profession provides me the daily opportunity to make new friends and the freedom to cultivate quality time with my now adult three children and my four grandchildren.
