Caleb grew up in Colorado Springs. While achieving his Eagle Scout rank with Troop 71 at Pulpit Rock Church, he accumulated over 250 community service hours. He graduated from Palmer High School, attended classes at all three Pikes Peak Community College campuses and obtained a Finance degree while a student at UCCS. He joined the Colorado Army National Guard on May 9th, 2001 (just 1 day after his 17th birthday) as a Paralegal Specialist at the Colorado Springs Armory and graduated from Officer Candidate School at Fort Carson, CO. He spent seven years flying Blackhawk Helicopters at Buckley AFB. His service to Colorado includes fighting wild fires, search and rescue, and flood relief assistance with one tour in Iraq as a MEDEVAC pilot. He is still serving part time in the National Guard today.
Caleb purchased his first property in 2004 and has been an investor in Colorado ever since. HIs passion for real estate as way to achieve financial prosperity began at an early age. There's nothing he enjoys more than helping families and individuals turn a house into a home.
