As a Colorado native I can’t imagine living any other place!
My first taste of real estate came in 1998 when I answered an ad seeking a New Home Sales Assistant for a large Denver based tract builder and fell in love with all things real estate. Not long after, I was promoted to Sales Manager and given the opportunity to relocate to beautiful Colorado Springs where I’ve lived and played ever since. The knowledge I gained over the next 12 years was invaluable; from the nitty-gritty details of the construction process to the ins-and-outs of the variety of loan programs. Real Estate became my passion.
Enjoying my extremely successful real estate career, I was dedicated to my builder until 2010. Making the huge decision to veer off the corporate path and work directly for my buyers and sellers, I left the new home industry and became a Broker Associate. Since that time I have been dedicated to helping clients realize their dream – whether it is buying the first house, moving up into THE dream home or selling a property that no longer suits their needs.
I also specialize in new construction along with custom plan design and I am knowledgeable when it comes to finding the perfect build site for your home. I will expertly guide you thru the maze of construction loans, designing the perfect floor plan and choosing the integral interior selections.
