Sylvia has been a real estate professional for almost 3 decades following a career partnering with her husband, Wayne, in the news media. Her deep understanding of the community and many successful years as a professional communicator are strengths she uses daily to assist home buyers and sellers.
Sylvia and Wayne founded the PeakDream group and with real estate offices in downtown Colorado Springs, downtown Florence, CO and Canon City, CO offering real estate services throughout Southern Colorado, including Custer, Fremont, Huerfano, Pueblo and Teller Counties.
They're proud affiliates of the international Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand and have earned the Legend Award for achieving the Chairman's Circle Award for 10 straight years, placing them in the top 3% for sales.
The Jennings' range of services includes commercial, investment, vacation, short term rentals, land, development and new homes.

Sylvia grew up in northern Minnesota, earned a BA in Journalism at the U of M, and has called Colorado home for many years.
She and Wayne have two adult children and enjoy family activities and outdoor adventures with Scooter, their 11 lb chihuahua.
