Josh Kimmel is a Brokerage Owner and Realtor for Kimmel Realty. A Colorado Springs Native, he developed the love of adventure and business at a young age. He began working at Divers Reef in high school, continued full-time while obtaining a business degree from UCCS and went on to become an entrepreneur and owner of Divers Reef. His superior customer service, business ethics and ability to multi-task were developed while teaching, working along side staff, and most importantly listening to the customers.
Josh has traveled the world diving exotic locations, exploring islands above and below water, and taking in the cultures. His adventures abroad made Josh realize that Colorado Springs would always be home. Colorado Springs was a joy growing up with and Josh enjoys sharing this City with his wife and 4 year old daughter.
Josh brings the same enthusiasm that he has with diving, flying and his other hobbies to helping you buy or sell your Dream Home in the El Paso and Teller County.
