Since 2013, I’ve helped buyers and sellers navigate the ever-changing real estate market with a client-first approach built on integrity, expertise, and results. While I’ve held licenses in Montana and Hawaii, Colorado has been my home and the heart of my business since 2015. In addition to my work as a Realtor®, I serve as a Commissioner on the Manitou Springs Historic Preservation Commission, giving me unique insight into the value and character of our region’s housing.
Many of my clients come through military and personal referrals, a reflection of the trust and relationships I’ve built over time. I offer clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and advanced training—holding designations such as GRI (Graduate Realtor® Institute), RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), and MRP (Military Relocation Professional), along with Ninja Selling certification.
Outside of real estate, I can be found with a coffee in hand, planning my next adventure, tackling a home project, or enjoying life in the mountains with my daughter and our Aussiedoodle.
