My Story:
I was drawn to Colorado in the fall of 2004. My goal was to experience Denver’s unique urban lifestyle and experience the thrill of summiting Colorado’s highest peaks. I have lived in the Denver, Littleton, Lowry, Old Colorado City, and Woodland Park areas of our beautiful state. My wife Shannon and I now live in the mountains of Colorado in Woodland Park which is a quaint community nestled at 8,700 ft above sea level. Since arriving in Colorado, I have summited five fourteeners: Grays Peak, Torreys Peak, Mount Bierstadt, Mount Evans, and Crestone Peak. I enjoy physically and mentally challenging myself to reach new heights through discipline and community building.
On March 23rd, 2012 I earned my real estate license. I founded Team Sato in 2020 with a goal to serve my dear community members at a deep level and partner together to accomplish collective goals. My personal mission is to put my 14-years of experience to work for you to level-up your lifestyle and impact through real estate holdings. I am highly passionate about increasing my seller client’s net proceeds & keeping my buyer clients under budget through new and innovative methods.
On December 16th, 2016 I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Metropolitan State University of Denver. During my tenure at MSU, I became a passionate student ambassador and had the pleasure of partnering with donor groups to share the value of scholarship funding and assisted in securing financial aid to further student stewardship on campus.
