Kyle Petitt has been personally involved in real estate investing for 5 years and recently decided to become a professional Real Estate Broker to help others buy and invest in real estate.
Kyle Petitt attended Brigham Young University and earned a Bachelor‚¬„¢s Degree in Communications, and his skills in Broadcast Journalism give him a unique insight into how to market properties and tell powerful and moving stories (in other words, he can get your home sold!).
Before becoming a professional Realtor, Kyle Petitt served in Air Force Special Operations for 9 years and has deployed 5 times to Iraq, Syria, Qatar, UAE, and, most recently, to Afghanistan to provide security during the evacuation. Kyle was honored with the Air Force Commendation Medal, Air Force Combat Action Badge, 5 Air Medals (with ‚¬ÅC‚¬ device), the Humanitarian Service Medal, Meritorious Unit Award, and the Joint Service Achievement Medal. Kyle has earned real-life experience in strategic planning, teamwork, negotiation, and task management that make him uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers. Kyle is tenacious and aggressive and has a passion for serving his clients at the highest standard.
Kyle entered the Real Estate world because homeownership is the American Dream, and he has seen it change hundreds of lives. Kyle has dedicated his life to mastering the market, negotiations, and strategy so his clients can enjoy the many benefits of home-ownership.
Kyle Petitt lives in Colorado Springs with his dog, Butters. He spends his free time rock climbing, mountain climbing, working out, reading, and serving on the leadership team with Patrol Base Abbate (a veteran community organization).
