I have been active in the real estate field in the Colorado Springs area since 1992. I began that career by partnering and constructing custom homes, primarily in the Black Forest, Falcon and Tri-Lakes area. In 1995, we formed our own building company, which we ran until 2008. During that time, I decided that getting my real estate license was another step in the process that would also allow me to market my own custom homes, as well as others. In 2001, I became licensed, and have been fully involved in all aspects of real estate since. I lived in the Black Forest area for 17 years, and am intimately familiar with that particular area. I have also handled transactions throughout all of El Paso County, as well as Teller and Douglas Counties. We have formed a team now, and have been adding members since late last year. This allows us more accountability to our clients, which keeps our satisfaction ratings high.
