I am married to my wonderful wife Penny and we have two awesome children and we are blessed with four grandchildren which are one of the many joys of our life. My interest came in real estate came naturally, I built my first home when I was 24 and had investment properties in a couple years following and continued to purchase them since. I realized how much in enjoyed the real estate industry and got my real-estate in 1996, Penny and I joined up and created a dynamic team working together as the Oberg Team in the Mason City Iowa. I served as the Greater Mason City Board of Realtors for four years ending my term as President in 2001.
It was a lifelong dream to live in Colorado; I was blessed with that reality and moved to Colorado Springs in 2010.
