She understands what it is like to have to make a new home in a new place away from friends and family. She has held Real Estate licenses in 2 states (Tennessee and Colorado) and works with Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, and Property Managers who understand the VA Loan Process and military lease clauses. She understands BAH and has up-to-date rates to help find homes that fit. Brandy served as the Family Readiness Group Leader (FRG Leader) Volunteer for 3 separate units on 3 different military installations. Through this, she received 2 Presidential Volunteer Service Awards and countless other recognition, honors, and awards for her volunteer service.
