Joseph Heffner, The Platinum Group
Born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; the youngest of 8 children. His family moved to Colorado in 1972 where his father & mother opened their dental office/practice. His family has a very strong musical background which lead to Jody and his siblings moving to Los Angeles, CA from 1978-1992 to pursue a career in music & entertainment industry. Jody met his future wife, Danielle in Los Angeles and they have 3 wonderful children and 5 adorable grandchildren. Jody & Danielle have been residing in Peyton, Colorado since 1996 where they enjoy their home with many rescue animals and visits from their kids & grandchildren.
While residing in Southern Colorado, along with trips back to visit family & friends back in Colorado; Jody began to develop an interest in the real estate market & profession. Jody’s interests lead him to pay close attention to the market trends in Los Angeles and Colorado Springs areas. Seeing a need and potential growth forthcoming in the Colorado Springs area, lead to his personal investments in 1992-1994 at which time in 1994 Jody became a licensed Real Estate Broker. Jody is Broker Associate with The Platinum Group, Realtors since their inception in 2005. His office is located in Falcon/Peyton Colorado, with the main office in Northern Colorado Springs for the convenience of his clients in a 50 mile radius of Colorado Springs, El Paso/Elbert/Douglas/Teller County areas.
Through Jody’s upbringing, career with the public; he saw the need for personalized & professional attention to his clients.
