I am one of the busiest real estate brokers in Colorado Springs, with over 75 million dollars in closed transactions since I started in 2003. Currently I am working with buyers and sellers in residential and commercial transactions. My areas of expertise are from Fountain to Monument, with a focus on Colorado Springs.
Since my interest is in bringing clients together for successful transactions, my skills in negotiating, along with consulting before and after the sale, are available for purchasers and sellers as a resource to call on.
I have enjoyed a diverse career in the military, real estate, mortgage lending, and hands on ownership of 6 different restaurants. Thirty years in the business world, which started in New York then moved to Colorado, has given me a wide variety of situations to deal with including home and business transactions, new construction, lease negotiating, advertising, consulting with buyers and sellers, and management of multi-million dollar business operations.
