Reanna Lintz ABR AHWD GRI SRS , Coldwell Banker 1st Choice Realty
Reanna is a Colorado Native and grew up in Divide. She graduated from Woodland Park High School in 2013, where she participated in Volleyball, Softball, Basketball, Track & Field. In 2015, while attending the University of Colorado - Colorado Springs, her grandmother Deborah Burk, offered her a job as a real estate assistant. After working with Deborah for nearly 2 years, Reanna earned her Real Estate License, and a year after that, in 2018, Reanna earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business & Communication. Deborah worked for RE/MAX Performance in Woodland Park for 25 years, and as you can imagine, Reanna spent a lot of time around real estate with her grandmother throughout the years.
Currently, Reanna specializes in Residential: Home & Land Transactions as well as Property Management. She holds several Certifications and Designations in Real Estate to include: GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), and AHWD (At Home with Diversity). And earned the 100% Club Award in 2022 with her previous franchise.
Reanna absolutely loves where she lives and loves helping people find the home of their dreams. She is incredibly grateful for all the support she has had along the way and is very excited to start her new adventure at Coldwell Banker 1st Choice Realty.
