In 2021, Daniel set out to take ownership of his career, housing instability, and relationships. Through education, advocacy, and dedication, he helps break through as many barriers humanly possible for the dream of homeownership. He helps homeowners understand their homes' market value and keep track of their equity using the latest technology and information. He understands that sellers and buyers alike not only need consumer protection and education, but they are also demanding it in today's marketplace. When Daniel isn't helping consumers navigate their local real estate market, he spends time with his MANY family members (as the youngest of 21 other siblings) or is relaxing with friends. He loves hiking any of Colorado's beautiful trails or mountains. He's always looking for ways to build a micro-community and meet new people engaging in community/recreational clubs and events.
