Ever since Rental Beast was added, a commonly asked question has been:
"Do I have to pay for this?" The short answer:
NO.
The tools that are available through
Rental Beast Gateway, including core rental
functions, are provided to all RSC subscribers
as a part of their RSC subscription.
This includes rental search, rental listing Add/Edit and marketing tools, a rental CMA,
client management tools, and full access to MLS rental listings.
There is NO EXTRA COST
for access to Rental Beast Gateway to RSC Subscribers!
Rental Beast Pro is a subscription plan that includes everything that Gateway does
plus elevated access to non-RSC inventory and the leads they generate, custom marketing
tools, third-party syndication above and beyond those available through RSC, and more.
Rental Beast Pro is available only through an additional paid subscription.
Nonetheless, many RSC subscribers remain under the impression that core functionality is
available only by paying Rental Beast. Both RSC and Rental Beast continue to be concerned
about this misconception, so we have decided that the best way to illustrate the difference
between functions available as part of your RSC subscription and Rental Beast’s additional
paid service is to provide all RSC subscribers with the opportunity to see the difference
themselves.
RSC and Rental Beast have agreed to offer all RSC subscribers a free trial of
Rental Beast Pro through December 31st, 2022!

BETWEEN RENTAL BEAST GATEWAY AND RENTAL BEAST PRO
How it works:
This is a free trial—it’s important for you to know that
when the trial period ends,
your
Rental Beast Pro subscription
will continue automatically at the rate of
$189 per quarter unless you elect not to extend your
Rental Beast Pro
subscription or renew with a different payment plan. A payment method is required to
enroll in the program, but
no payment authorization will be made while opting in, and
no RSC subscribers will be charged during the free trial period.
Free trial period:
This program is available to all RSC subscribers on an opt-in basis from now through December 31st, 2022.
At the end of the free trial:
If, after opting into the free trial, you choose not to extend your
Rental Beast Pro
subscription,
your Rental Beast account will automatically revert to Rental Beast Gateway,
where core rental functions are
provided as a part of your MLS subscription. To avoid
being charged the $189 quarterly fee after the trial period ends, you
MUST CANCEL ON OR BEFORE DECEMBER 30, 2022.
As we near the end of the trial period, both Rental Beast and RSC will proactively reach
out to all free trial participants to make sure their choice to continue, not continue,
or renew under a different payment term is recorded.
It’s IMPORTANT that you inform
us of your preference BEFORE the end of the free trial—
otherwise, your subscription will automatically extend at the rate of $189 per quarter.
