SentriConnect is a secure app used by contractors and other eligible recipients to gain temporary access to a PPRSC SentriLock lockbox.
At their sole discretion, access may only be granted by the listing agent, listing office, or lockbox owner.
PPRSC will not, under any circumstance, grant SentriConnect access to a lockbox.
The PPMLS SentriLock System SentriConnect Rules are applicable when granting SentriConnect access.
SentriConnect Access, at Authorized User’s discretion, may be issued to:

licensed real estate brokers, licensed appraisers, inspectors and others
who do not hold participation rights in the PPMLS
and have a legitimate need to access a property relating to an
Authorized User’s brokerage or appraisal activities; and

PPMLS Participants and Sub-Participants, in good standing, who are also active
Authorized Users of the RSC SentriLock System
THE PARTICIPANT OR SUB-PARTICIPANT, GRANTING SENTRICONNECT ACCESS ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Violation of the PPMLS SentriLock System rules will result in the following:
- 1 courtesy notice to a PPMLS Authorized SentriLock Key User for granting unauthorized
SentriConnect access to a PPMLS listed property to a non-active SentriLock PPMLS Participant
or Sub-Participant followed by the imposition of a $50 fine for each such unauthorized
remote access thereafter.
- 1 courtesy notice to a non-active SentriLock PPMLS Participant or Sub-Participant for remotely
accessing a PPMLS listed property through the use of an active Authorized SentriLock Key
User’s access, currently provided through SentriConnect, followed by the imposition of a $50
fine for each such unauthorized remote access thereafter.

Note: If a PPMLS Participant or Sub-Participant has access through reciprocity,
then he/she is an “active SentriLock” PPMLS Participant or Sub-Participant
