Paula Lydon is a Colorado Springs native, born and raised on the westside and now residing in the northwest part of town. Paula began her real estate career working for her family-owned residential custom and semi-custom construction company before enjoying a long tenure with the City of Colorado Springs. At the City, Paula spent several years as a Specialist with the Office of Economic Development assisting local businesses expand and build. She also served as the Marketing Director for the Transportation Department and then for Pikes Peak - America's Mountain, one of the most visited attractions in the Pikes Peak region. Paula rehabs houses and became a licensed REALTOR in 2005. She has taught in the Real Estate licensing program at Pikes Peak Community College. Paula holds several real estate designations including Graduate, REALTOR Institute, Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource, eCertified, and Relocation Specialist. Paula is also a Certified Residential Appraiser. Paula has earned a Master's Degree in Business focusing on Market Strategy.
