Jennifer Hanson, RE/MAX Accord
I was born in Kansas, grew up in the San Luis Valley and Denver, returning to Colorado in 2004 after spending a brief but enjoyable period of time living in The South (Kentucky and Georgia). My parents were both in Education. They raised my brother and I to know the importance of community, the importance of helping others, and the importance of doing so while living our own dream. I married my High School sweetheart in 2008. We spent our first years immersed in the military lifestyle. My husband served 13 years with the Colorado Army National Guard, seeing active duty in Iraq, before returning to Colorado and achieving his dream to be a firefighter. We live in Elizabeth and have two beautiful young children who we are honored to be able to raise in this wonderful community. On our ranch we enjoy riding our horses as well as breeding prize winning cattle. Seeing our kids light up when they care for the animals they are helping to raise, seeing their passion while doing so, and knowing they are learning life skills, brings us joy. They are learning the lessons our parents taught us.
I have been a Realtor since 2011, finding my home with Re/Max Accord in Elizabeth. I love the opportunities this career provides for me to connect with the community, and more importantly, to give back. My Real Estate business has always been based on referrals, run very personally, naturally, in a structured but approachable manner. These principles are integral to how I want to live as a community member. Being a Military Wife, and now a First Responder Wife, I feel it is my responsibility, privilege, and honor to give back to the community and support its citizens.
