Coming from a background in Human Resources and Management, Jayme's past positions required patience, persistence, and attention to detail as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills. She has worked with a diverse group of employees ranging from front line to top executive positions. Today, as a real estate professional, she is bringing those same skills and talents to Real Estate.
Jayme completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2011, and is currently a Graduate student with the University of Texas. Jayme is double majoring in Human Resources Development and Business Administration, and hopes to complete both degrees within the next year. A lover of education, and intentional lifelong learner, Jayme plans on working towards her PhD upon completion of her current education goals.
Jayme is a proud wife and mother, and has been with her husband for eighteen fabulous years. Jayme's husband, Dustin, is a Navy Veteran who has made a career in emergency services as a firefighter/paramedic. The pair met by chance shortly after he returned home from the Navy. He, of course, swept her off her feet and the two now have three rowdy boys and two fury children. The family enjoys hiking, camping, kids football games, and food! Jayme also enjoys cooking, reading, and hiding from her kids to try and work in peace.
Jayme was born in rural Oklahoma, and grew up on the Oklahoma/Texas border. She and her family vacationed in Colorado Spring during the fall and absolutely fell in love with the area. They went home and immediately listed their home, which sold in just three days! The family moved to Woodland Park, where their children now attend school.
