If you ask anyone who knows me this is probably what you will hear, “He is always helping individuals or families in good or bad situations, by putting their needs first." Before focusing specifically on helping others buy, sell or invest in real estate, I was a HUD property manager for 5 years, helping low-income elderly and disabled adults find and/or keep housing. The smile you receive when you help someone achieve something in life that they never possible or never thought they would have again is priceless. I feel it made me a better person and I learned that putting other’s needs first, is what makes me the happiest.
Before HUD property management, I lived in New Zealand for 10 years. In New Zealand I had another DREAM job, I was the General Manager/Part Owner of a wholesale fly-fishing company and got to go fishing, while sharing my knowledge and experiences with others. Once again, my joy really came from helping others get into the sport and watching them catch a fish for the first time on a fly rod. The streams, rivers and wilderness are where I find peace. I love to share those experiences with as many people, who seek the same mental freedoms that only a flowing river/stream and wilderness can create.
Now my journey has taken me in a completely different direction when it comes to helping people. I understand that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction, it’s a life-changing experience. That’s why a highly-seasoned real estate professional like myself, is dedicated to providing exceptional, personalized service for all of my clients or should I say friends. I take great pride in the relationships I build and always work relentlessly on my client’s/friends behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals and build their wealth f
