With over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, I offer a unique perspective built on a foundation of design, construction, and sales. My career began as an architectural designer and draftsman for a general contracting firm, which led to launching and operating my own general contracting company specializing in residential and light commercial projects.
Through hands-on collaboration with buyers, subcontractors, and active involvement in the Home Builders Association, I learned the true value of teamwork—an approach that continues to shape how I serve clients today.
My background in land development, architectural design, construction, and real estate sales allows me to understand every aspect of a property’s journey. I take pride in clear communication, quality contract negotiations, and working alongside buyers and sellers as a trusted team player.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy nature photography, golf, and camping trips that recharge and inspire me. Whether I’m behind the camera or around a campfire, I bring the same passion and attention to detail to everything I do.
