Promote excellence and awards to the community. Annually review and follow policies for membership awards. This group will also identify meaningful ways to recognize member achievements.

Community Relations Committee

Community – The public values, respects and uses REALTORS®.
Provide 4 PPAR initiated community involvement opportunities and encourage increased PPAR REALTOR® community involvement that is in alignment with our mission. Committee identifies 2 joint philanthropic ventures with other COS nonprofits that have a strong connection to real estate and housing and is in alignment with our mission.

Diversity and Fair Housing Committee

Engagement – Enhance training and awareness in diversity, inclusion and equity.
Committee will recommend PPAR/RSC policy and website content for Fair Housing and Diversity updates promoting Fair Housing, Equal Opportunity in Housing, and Fair Housing and Diversity within the real estate industry. A special focus during April (NAR Fair Housing month.) Identify and engage diverse groups and cultures within the PPAR membership. Committee will research and review NAR grant opportunities. Then create a permanent list of grants that the committee will review annually.

Grievance Committee

Professionalism – Sustain quality processes for Mediation, Grievance & Professional Standards
This committee is responsible for Code of Ethics enforcement by acting as a grand jury to select which complaints will be sent on to a hearing.

MLS Functionality – Make PPMLS the best source of comprehensive listing data to subscribers and consumers.

Public Policy Committee

Advocacy – Promote positive Public Policy for the real estate industry. Member are knowledgeable of the issues and trends.
Committee invests in local and state issues, provides educational resources, and involves members in grassroots efforts. Committee builds relationships with organizations and people of influence. Committee ensures that the REALTORS® remain integral to the real estate transactions.

Engagement – There is mutual purpose and support among members. They are versed in exclusive PPAR value proposition.
Forum schedules regular meetings to connect members for personal and career success. Forum will consist of REALTORS®, Lenders, Title Companies, Appraisers, Insurance Companies
