Applicant: The PPAR New Member Orientation, NAR Code of Ethics, and NAR Fair Housing are PPAR and National Association of REALTORS® requirements; all courses are required for membership and part of the application process.

I agree to take the three courses listed above. I understand that these courses MUST be completed within 60 days of application and that failure to do so will result in the termination of my membership and forfeiture of application fees. Cancellations for class must be received in writing a minimum of 24 hours prior to class. No shows/late arrivals will be billed $30.00 for Orientation class.

Upon receipt of your completed application, your application will be processed within 2 business days. You will then be provided your login credentials to the PPAR.com dashboard to pay your dues and fees to finish activating your membership.
