The Council of Elite Property Managers serves as a primary pillar of professional excellence for the residential rental housing market in the Colorado Springs region. This elite coalition represents highly specialized property management professionals and brokers who establish industry-leading operational benchmarks, ensuring standard-setting management practices and ethical compliance. By keeping its members educated on evolving local housing regulations, CEPM helps landlords navigate complex tenant laws, mitigate legal risks, and protect the long-term value of their residential real estate portfolios across the Pikes Peak area.
Meetings: Fourth Thursday of every month, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m., in the PPAR Conference Room.
