STANDARDS & PRACTICE

Compliance Training

Compliance is the foundation of professional real estate practice. PPAR provides the training resources every REALTOR® needs to stay compliant with Colorado law, NAR standards, and the ethical obligations that define the REALTOR® designation.

Ethics Training

The REALTOR® Code of Ethics is the cornerstone of professional conduct in real estate. PPAR’s ethics training courses meet NAR’s mandatory ethics training requirement and help members understand how to apply the Code of Ethics in real-world situations across the Pikes Peak Region.

Fair Housing

Fair housing compliance is a non-negotiable responsibility for every REALTOR®. PPAR offers fair housing training that goes beyond the legal basics — giving members the knowledge and tools to serve all clients equitably and avoid practices that could expose them to liability.
BUSINESS GROWTH

Professional Development Workshops

Beyond CE and compliance, PPAR offers professional development workshops throughout the year on topics that help real estate agents at every career stage grow their business, sharpen their skills, and serve their clients at a higher level. Topics vary by semester and are developed in response to member feedback and market conditions across the Pikes Peak Region.

PROFESSIONAL CONNECTION

Networking Events

Some of the most valuable professional development happens outside the classroom. PPAR hosts a full calendar of networking events throughout the year — from member mixers and committee meetings to annual award celebrations and community events — giving PPAR REALTORS® regular opportunities to connect, collaborate, and build the relationships that drive a successful real estate career.

Pikes Peak Region REALTOR® Networking

PPAR’s networking events bring together real estate professionals from across the Pikes Peak Region — Colorado Springs, Monument, Fountain, Woodland Park, Falcon, and throughout El Paso and Teller Counties — for meaningful connection in a professional, welcoming environment. Whether you are new to the area, newly licensed, or a seasoned REALTOR® looking to expand your professional circle, PPAR networking events are where relationships in Pikes Peak Region real estate are built.
