The Collaboration of Independent Brokers (CIB) connects independent brokers through a supportive forum for networking, shared learning, and professional growth. Members exchange insights, best practices, and practical resources to navigate the unique challenges of operating an independent brokerage. From improving day-to-day operations to enhancing client service, CIB offers opportunities to learn from peers while preserving the individuality and independence of each member’s business.

CIB also encourages members to strengthen their connections to the communities they serve by supporting local causes and participating in community initiatives. Through open discussion and shared experience, the forum helps independent brokers build lasting professional relationships, find fresh approaches to common challenges, and grow their businesses with confidence.

Open to independent, non-franchise brokers only.

Meetings: Typically the fourth Thursday of each month, 11:30 a.m.–1:00 p.m., in the PPAR Conference Room.
