Tracie Thomas

I am part of the fantastic REMAX Real Estate Group in Colorado Springs. My goal as your real estate broker, along with my teammate, Kellie Dahl, is to serve you and the community we share with all honesty, loyalty and dependability.

Real Estate is my full-time job and I was considered to be a “heavy hitter†within my previous brokerage and the overall Pikes Peak region. My focus continues to be matching my clients’ needs with their ideal homes and communities.

My clients enjoy the benefits of working with a team; with two of us working for you, our availability exceeds that of a typical Realtor®. My philosophy is simple: the client comes first. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I am here to partner with and represent you as your Realtor® to get you the best possible deal and to make your home purchase and/or sale a seamless transaction with the least amount of stress and inconvenience to you. I measure my success through the satisfaction of you, my client.
