Sonya Emph

Sonya’s career began as a Project Manager of luxury waterfront homes and
yachts, where she cultivated interior design and staging. Her attention to detail

and supervision of a staff and contracted services afforded her the opportunity to know the

proper ‘tips from the Emphress.’ Her husband served in the Air Force for 24 years
and was first stationed here in Colorado Springs in 1995. They both agree that
Colorado is home! She is committed to Finding Your Space and will assist your
road to homeownership.
Sonya understands the challenges in the homebuying process. She takes the time
to understand the value of her clients’ unique needs. She has a great sense of
humor, with a passion to find laughter with her clients. Education is key to the

experiences and outcomes that allow a smooth transition to your next chapter.

Sonya enjoys friends, family, their dog Gunnar, classic cars, being outside, loves to cook,

collecting cookbooks, and the gym. She is a history nerd that loves genealogy. This
ties in with her interest in homes, animals, and reading, which includes her
passion for children's literacy.
