Sharon Leroy

Fulfilling my client’s needs is my first and foremost commitment. A Colorado native, and resident of Colorado Springs since the 1970’s, I am thoroughly acquainted with all aspects of the city; however, I specialize in the Southwest area.

Knowing all the intricacies of a neighborhood – the educational system, shopping availabilities and recreational opportunities are important to a potential buyer. After all, you’re not just buying a house, you’re buying a lifestyle!

A million-dollar producer, I presently represent several custom home builders, and families similar to yours who are interested in buying or selling a home in Colorado Springs.

I believe the highest compliment I can receive is to be referred. If you are pleased with my performance and pass my name to a friend or family member, I know I’ve done my job!
