Ron Gunder

I have been a Broker since the 90s when we started our career with Perry and Butler in their DTC office. Since then, we have helped almost 700 people relocate from all walks of life, from first-time homebuyers to baby boomers looking to “right-size.â€

Ron worked for ARCO Oil and Gas for over 20 years in marketing and negotiations. During that time, we made two international moves to Indonesia and China, where we lived for over 7 years. So, we have most likely been in your shoes at some point and understand the importance of doing everything in our power to coordinate your real estate transaction to work on both ends of a move.

We were high school sweethearts, and the early years of our marriage were spent getting degrees from Baylor University & UT, raising our three children, working full-time, and Ron serving in the USAF as a 1st Lt. We lived in TX(San Antonio & Laredo), CA(Lompoc, Vandenberg AFB), and NH(Pease AFB, Kittery, ME). After the Air Force, Ron earned his MBA from UTPB while working full-time with Texaco in Midland, TX. The oil and gas industry took us to Midland, Dallas, Denver, and back to Dallas, Indonesia, and China.

We are Mom and Dad to two amazing grown kids, Paul(Colorado Springs), Tricia Osborne (Denver) and a wonderful daughter-in-law, Tamara, and son-in-law, JR. We are Nana & Papa to one beautiful granddaughter, Tiffany Paige, and 3 great grandkids.
