Mathew Lujan

Hi! My name is Mat Lujan and I am a Colorado Native. I was born on the Western Slope and have lived on the front range most of my life.

I have called Colorado Springs home off and on for the last 15 years and know what it takes to get you into your next house in this very competitive market. My family lives on a farm just outside of the city and love raising animals and growing our own food.

I specialize in helping people moving to the area find the perfect location and those in town find their next dream home. I also have a lot of experience getting those looking to find land navigate all of the confusion that comes with acreage.

Are you looking for an investment property or to talk through how to leverage your current home to set you up for a better investment? I have helped clients move into the short term rental market and to make their current home work for them as they create a long term investment strategy.

No matter what you are looking for I can help!
