About Laura
After taking advantage of a corporate buy-out package in 1996, Laura began her real estate career as a sales agent for a custom builder. Laura was also a broker associate in a large Colorado Springs real estate firm prior to launching her own firm, Midkiff & Associates, LLC in 2006.
Her husband, Joel Midkiff, joined the firm in 2009, after retiring from Sinton Dairy, a dairy products manufacturing company in Colorado Springs, in which Joel was a partner.
Joel and Laura provide personalized, professional real estate services to a variety of clients. Residing in Colorado since 1970, the Midkiffs know the area and are expert at directing buyers to properties that fit their needs.
