Landin Smith

REALTOR® I have been selling real estate since 2007. I am an energetic professional with a great desire to exceed the expectations of the people that I serve. I am an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), ePro (tech savvy), and a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR).

My wife Jazmin and I live in the Highlands Ranch, CO with our two kids. I graduated with a degree in Advertising at BYU, after completing a 2 year mission for my church, in Spain. !Hablo Espanol! Aside from my time in college and on my mission, I have lived in Littleton, CO my whole life before moving to Highlands Ranch. I know the area and market very well. I am involved in a business networking group in the community and have coached basketball at a local high school.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends, wakeboarding, golfing, playing basketball, baseball and tennis. I also enjoy reading business books and becoming a better business person and professional. I also get great satisfaction from helping my clients get top dollar on homes I sell or helping buyer clients find a great home negotiated at their budget.
