With over 20 years of experience in real estate, I bring a deep understanding of the industry and a proven ability to guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process. After serving in leadership, including as Vice President of Professional Development at a large independent brokerage. I've now returned to what I love most, working directly with clients where I can make the greatest impact.

Based in northern Colorado Springs CO, I’m dedicated to delivering a high level of service, building lasting relationships, and helping clients make informed decisions in today’s market. I offer a strategic, detail-oriented approach backed by strong negotiation skills, clear communication, and a commitment to making each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. From pricing and marketing to navigating contracts and closing, I advocate for my clients every step of the way to ensure confident, successful outcomes.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy hiking, camping, e-biking, yoga, and spending time with my family and grandchildren.
