Joshua Bernhard

I've lived in Colorado Springs for over three decades and been selling real estate for more than a few of those years! I work with clients from all walks of life, including first-time buyers, veterans and first responders, upsizers, downsizers and investors. I've been featured as a real estate expert on the local Fox news affiliate station. I provide a high level of personalized service to my clients. I am a firm believer that people should view buying or selling a home not with uncertainty, but as a new, exciting chapter in their lives, and their real estate as a close friend instead of a business acquaintance. I live with my wife and two kids on the east side of town.
