I am a seasoned real estate investor and agent that specializes in value-add real estate opportunities, house hacking, and strategically advising clients on how to reduce risk and optimize returns. Before jumping into real estate full-time, I served in the military for five years as a mechanical engineer where I learned the importance of effective leadership and implementing efficient systems. As a real estate agent, I am passionate about helping clients find deals that are the very best fit for their personal and financial goals. I am also a strong believer in the importance of providing financial education to all and empowering people to pursue growth in all areas of life. Presently, my wife and I have a balanced portfolio of short (Airbnb) and long term rentals in Colorado Springs that we have found ways to add value to, each in their own way. We plan to continue to build our portfolio while developing relationships with others within the industry to help others build a portfolio of their own and achieve financial independence.
