Gayle Joan Caldwell

I am a 47 year full time real estate broker in the city of Colorado Springs. I am a 3rd generation Realtor within the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors here in Colorado Springs, and a 5th generation native of Colorado Springs. My grandfather opened our family real estate company in 1945 at 1706 E. Pikes Peak, directly across from Memorial Park, and had to wait 3 months for phone service we were so far out of town!

I have been with ERA Shields Real Estate for 15 years and wouldn't want to work anywhere else. We are a cohesive team of agents over 100 strong, and often sell listings within our office.

In addition to selling real estate with my business partner/daughter Tammy, I enjoy hiking, gardening, golfing, reading and DIY projects.

I have lived in almost all quadrants of the city, and am very familiar with outlying areas as well.

I have vast knowledge and experience in the industry and welcome any questions you might have.
