Elizabeth Porter

Liz Porter has been managing properties in Colorado Springs for over 12 years. She personally takes care of all management agreements, tenant screening, and lease negotiations. Owning and managing several of her own rental units, she'll take care of your investment as if it were her own. Her approach to property management is to keep her portfolio small and specific to Colorado Springs proper so she is able to keep a close eye on each property. Additionally, she likes to have a personal and accessible relationship with the owners of each property. To her, you are more than just an address!
