Good day to you! I’m Eli Olivas, a Real Estate professional and Mortgage Broker serving the Colorado Springs area. My approach blends financial acumen with disciplined leadership forged in military service. I am a former Special Forces Medical Sergeant (18 Delta) with multiple deployments and I hold two Honorable Discharges. I’ve lived in the Colorado Springs area since 2007, and I serve as a Volunteer Paramedic when I’m not helping clients. I earned a B.S. in Nutrition with option in Clinical Dietetics from Fresno State and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. This diverse background fuels a holistic, data-driven approach to real estate and financing: I help clients evaluate properties, optimize loan options, and manage risk across transactions. As a Mortgage Broker, I assist with pre-approval, loan selection (including conventional and government options, VA/FHA), and refinancing strategies; always communicating clearly so clients understand their path to a successful close.
