David Frank Ahrens

I am a full time full service Real Estate professional with Sellstate Altitude Realty serving all of El Paso county in Colorado including Colorado Springs, Falcon, Black Forest, Fountain, Peyton, Calhan, Ellicott, Monument, with offices in Colorado Springs and Broomfield. It is my passion to help people reach the goals they desire in buying ,selling or investing in Real Estate.

One of the main rules I live by in dealing with the public over the last many years is to treat people the same way I wanted to be treated. Give them what they want at a fair price, in a timely manner, be respectful and you have a quality relationship that will last a lifetime. I have always been the type of person that likes to help people and enjoy seeing them succeed in what ever they set out to do. If I can play some part in them achieving their goals then it has been a good day.

I have extensive knowledge of residential and farming communities. I have practical experience work with septic systems and wells. Whether your are interested in purchasing a residential home or want to live in the country, I can help.
