Cindy Maluschka

My family and I have lived in Colorado since 1999 and we love taking advantage of all the outdoor beauty and activities the State has to offer. As a small business owner, I have been active in sales, service and taking care of my clients for over 21 years. Prior to Real Estate, I owned and operated a Health and Life Insurance Business in the Pikes Peak Region working with both individuals and small businesses. In addition to my love for and knowledge of the Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak Region Real Estate Market, I bring to the table honesty, integrity, and a desire to serve with strengths that include negotiating, educating, consulting, contracting, compliance and organizational operations. I am here to serve and help create your unique real estate experience. I value the privilege of working with you and will always strive to make your real estate experience rewarding and memorable.
