About Chad
About Chad Behnken
Chad Behnken has been a Colorado luxury real estate market leader since 2014. As a resident and community leader in Cathedral Pines located at the edge of the Black Forest, Chad uniquely understands the demands of home sellers and prospective home buyers in higher-end communities. Representing the most exclusive real estate owners in the area, he prioritizes his clients’ privacy and discretion. With his extensive reach in global marketing and local market expertise, he has built the ultimate cross-marketing platform to showcase exceptional homes to the clients that will appreciate them the most.
After growing up in Minnesota Chad has called Colorado Springs home since 2008 and enjoys every season. He is an outdoor enthusiast who loves to golf, boat, fly fish, and ski. When not on a sightseeing safari in South Africa or running with the bulls in Pamplona you may also find him eating at the best restaurants and enjoying a new amazing bottle of wine with friends. Chad has two children and lives with his wife between their Cathedral Pines home in Colorado Springs and their Moorings home in Naples.
