Real estate has been my career for more than two decades. During that time, I’ve worked as both a real estate agent and a real estate appraiser, giving me a perspective that goes beyond simply buying and selling homes. I understand the transaction from multiple angles — from market conditions and property valuation to negotiations, contracts, inspections, appraisals, contingencies, and ultimately, closing.

My experience in real estate sales taught me that successful transactions depend on communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and keeping all the moving pieces on track. My experience as an appraiser developed a deeper understanding of market analysis, property valuation, and the details that can have a meaningful impact on a real estate decision.

Most importantly, I believe my role is to advise, not pressure. I don’t believe in trying to sell a client on a particular property or pushing someone toward a decision simply because it gets a transaction closed. Instead, I listen to what my clients want, educate them about the market, and give them an honest assessment of what I see.

When looking at a property, I want my clients to understand the whole picture. What are the strengths? What are the potential concerns? How does the property compare to others in the market? Is the price supported by the available data? Are there things they should investigate further? My job is to help identify those questions and provide the information and experience necessary to answer them.

I believe an informed client is an empowered client. You should never feel pressured to make a decision you aren’t comfortable with, and you should never feel like you have to rely solely on someone else’s opinion. My goal is to give you the knowledge, perspective, and honest guidance.
