He brings more than 30 years of business experience to residential real estate, including a decade in commercial banking and over 20 years building and leading a successful consulting firm. His background provides a strong foundation in financial analysis, negotiation, and disciplined transaction management — skills that directly benefit buyers and sellers navigating one of life’s most significant financial decisions.

Brent approaches each transaction with a focus on preparation, pricing strategy, and clean execution. Brent also invests in residential properties for his own portfolio, where he acts as a principal and not an agent. Brent is a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR).

Brent has been married for more than 30 years and is the father of three adult children. He is a former Scoutmaster and an Eagle Scout. In his spare time, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, and fly fishing — pursuits that reflect his appreciation for Colorado’s outdoors and his preference for challenge, discipline, and steady endurance.
