Andrea Kohlman

When you hire Andrea as your Realtor, you get a team working on your behalf. Together, Andrea and her husband Paul bring years of experience in home-building, remodeling, investment properties, architectural photography, marketing, quality customer service and a dedication to hard work and excellence.

As buyers or sellers, you need someone you can count on to guide you through the complex world of real estate. We are committed to listening well, protecting your interests, and providing only the best and most timely information in order to help make your transaction stress-free.

Our philosophy is simple: clients come first. We pledge to be in regular communication, keeping you fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. We’ll work hard to become the real estate team you want to share with others. We don’t measure our success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of our clients.
