About Willie
I was born and raised in Virginia and spent 24 years in the Air Force. I have been stationed in many locales including Alaska, California, Florida, Maine, Thailand, and Italy. My wife and I came to Colorado in 1988 from an assignment in Iceland. I began my real estate career with the Merit Company East Office after retiring from the Air Force in 1993. Although I specialize in residential real estate, I have experience in IRC 1031 tax deferred exchanges, managing, listing and marketing bank-owned and VA properties. I hold the following designations: Graduate Realty Institute (GRI), Real Estate Owned Specialist(REOS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Master of Real Estate (MRE).
